5G-JUMP Missions

1. 5G Industry Open Network Architecture Partner Platform
   • Promoting Optimization and Commercialization of 5G Open Network System Solutions: Enhance software and hardware integration optimization, and introduce intelligent network management and control technologies to improve the performance and cost competitiveness of system products and solutions.
   • Close Collaboration with International Industry Organizations: Expand or strengthen connections with international organizations such as TIP, NGMN, and 5G-ACIA. Utilize these organizations to increase the international visibility of Taiwanese products and further expand the open network market.
   • Advancing Energy-Efficient Development in 5G Open Networks: Promote the adoption of energy consumption control and management functions in products or systems, and lead the trend of energy-efficient and carbon-reducing communication networks.


2. Refining 5G System Integration Capabilities and Commercialization Efforts
   • Establish representative 5G open networks, integrating field characteristics and needs to facilitate the commercialization of service solutions.
   • Promote end-to-end comprehensive solutions across domains, enhancing the preparedness of domestic communication solutions.
   • Develop 5G achievements, guide domestic 5G-related businesses to connect with international business opportunities through matchmaking platforms.


3. Cultivating Cross-Domain 5G Professional Talent
   • Assist enterprises in attracting new 5G industry talent to reduce the talent gap and employment costs.
   • Collaborate with key schools to promote themed training, fostering practical talent development.
   • Enhance cross-domain integration skills, boosting the R&D capabilities of professionals in software and hardware integration.
